Diane Harrison Ogawa leads PNM’s corporate citizenship efforts and serves as executive director of the PNM Resources Foundation.
The combined corporate philanthropy program distributes more than $3 million annually in New Mexico and Texas.
Diane is a corporate attorney who has practiced in Wisconsin, New York and New Mexico. She has served on numerous community boards including Albuquerque Community Foundation, New Mexico Association of Grantmakers, Manzano Day School, CNM Foundation, Golden Apple Foundation, St. Martin’s Hospitality Center, YWCA, and the Junior League of Albuquerque. Diane participated in both Leadership Albuquerque and Leadership New Mexico. She helped establish a consortium of funders to introduce non-profits to social entrepreneurship principles and other capacity building enterprises, was one of the cofounders of the Center for Nonprofit Excellence, helped created the New Mexico Collaboration to End Hunger and led the effort to create SHARE New Mexico, a free, customizable website that consolidates public and private sector information about issues that impact the quality of life of New Mexicans.
